I dreamt last night outside my house there was a basketball
It was in a basket that said it was free
so I picked it up and took it right in
I sat it down, right next to the amaryllis mom sent
it looked real good right next to the plant and it really was well lit

My mom, she texted me earlier, about the amaryllis
I told her that the stalks were grown,
but there weren't any flowers quite yet.
She said 'could you please send me a picture of your amaryllis?
everybody else sent me a pic and I want yours to compare it.'

So I walked right over to the ball, right next to the amaryllis
I'll tell you again, like I told you before, the basketball was really well lit
I took a pic and texted it to ma, and she said 'thank you for this pic,
yours is doing better than the one my sister got. How interesting, amaryllis!'

And then I woke, upon my bed, unlocked my phone and went to pics
And sitting right there in the ol camera roll,
was a basketball really well lit.
